Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Loch Rannoch Hotel and Estate offers a tranquil retreat that stole my heart. From the moment we stepped in, the welcoming staff made us feel like cherished guests-especially the breakfast team, who brightened our morning with their warm smiles. Oh, and don't even get me started on the breakfast-those croissants were absolute perfection, and I'm still dreaming about them! Our spacious room was a delightful hideaway with fantastic views of the loch, making it ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking. I indulged in the spa facilities, and let's just say, that sauna was my sanctuary! After a long day of exploring, enjoying a drink outdoors while soaking up the breathtaking scenery was simply magical. If you're looking for a blend of relaxation and adventure, Loch Rannoch is it! Perfect for couples or even a getaway with friends. I can't wait to return, if only to try the Eggs Benedict I regretfully left behind!
